GloFloRc.com is the e-commerce wing of Glorod Avionics Pvt. Ltd. 

The ever-challenging aerospace industry had always been enticing to innovators and the technology-driven minds of the 21st century. In an effort to bridge the gap between the young hobbyists/aeromodellers and the aerospace industry, Glorod Avionics Pvt. Ltd. (GAPL) was launched in September 2010, to manufacture R/C Scale Model Aircrafts, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and other Unmanned Vehicles (UVs).

GAPL supplies/manufactures remotely operated aircraft for hobbyists, educational institutions, and organizations involved with research and development. Some of our major clients are NIAT (Naval Institute of Aeronautical Technology) Southern Naval Command Kochi, NCC Air Units, CSIR for their research and development work & Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST, Thiruvananthapuram) for their supply for drone-related research/experiments.

At Glorod Avionics, we foresee the need for all-round development in the society, for which we utilize the best in the field of aerospace engineering to develop products that inspire aspirants in the field of aerospace technology and their social and human commitments.

As India rises as a manufacturing hub, we at Glorod believe we cannot lag behind others when it comes to the design, development, and manufacture of equipment and accessories for unmanned aircraft. GAPL intends to introduce indigenous solutions for the local Indian market. We source materials locally, including Balsa Wood (planted, harvested, and scientifically treated at GAPL facility), all grades of metals, composites & resins. We believe in taking time in bringing our products to perfection, upholding the accepted standards of the industry.

Working on UAS technology does not take our attention away from laying a sturdy foundation for the young minds in schools and colleges who, in the coming years, look forward to taking the mantle of innovation from a booming drone industry.
